LPIC-2 Course

LPIC-2 is the second certification in the Linux Professional Institute (LPI) certification program.

In order to obtain the LPIC-2 certification, you must be certified in LPIC-1 and pass the exams 201 and 202. The LPIC-2 exam assesses the candidate's ability to manage medium to small mixed networks.

In order to obtain the LPIC-2 certification, the candidate must be capable of:

Managing systems, including tasks related to the Linux kernel, system startup, and maintenance.
Administering storage and file systems, networking, authentication, and system security, including firewall and VPN.
Installing and configuring network services, including DHCP, DNS, SSH, web servers, file servers using FTP, NFS, and Samba, email delivery.
Supervising assistants and advising management regarding automation and procurement.
